The technological and methodological evolution of pediatric imaging poses new challenges in terms of diagnostic accuracy, safety, and sustainability. The event aims to offer an up-to-date overview of the most advanced imaging techniques, from artificial intelligence to radiomics, from functional imaging to guided interventional procedures. Special attention will be paid to dose reduction, the appropriate use of contrast agents, and multidisciplinary integration into the diagnostic and therapeutic pathway for pediatric patients. The exchange between national and international experts will foster the sharing of experiences and the building of collaborative networks for the future of pediatric radiology.
